I can say enough about the service I had. Carol was wonderful. She was super quick to my location and had my car up in no time. I had my car towed to my house and she whipped it into my driveway with such ease! Price was very reasonable and less than the first company I called that had a 90 + minute wait. - I have had the Opportunity to meet one of the Best customers service person ever in Towing. I take the time to mention this young man name because his Customers Service Skills are amazing. My Car had been sitting in my drive way for two days and I needed to get to work on this busy Friday. I called around for a few towing service fee, and wasn't satisfied with the quotes. Well I called B&M towing service and was connected to Mr. Michael Charles and when he arrived to my home he greeted me with a smile and said Good Morning Ms. Dunn. I will have you on the road ASAP. I didn't know of any auto places to have my Tire repair so Michael recommend a place near by with great Prices and Awesome Customers Service Skills as he. Tire Town. For a Female who knows nothing about servicing car's I truly feel God sent me the best 2. They both helped me with what I needed and I don't mind saying I paid Less than $200. - My daughter was stranded in New Orleans at the Jax Brewery parking lot, which is "managed" by premium parking, because a boot was placed on her vehicle for being 15 minutes late past her paid time. She paid to have boots removed the following morning but one was left one stating she damaged it. After 12 hours of trying to call the companies they recommended to assist her, B &M towing and roadside assistance was the only company that had enough compassion to help her. Mike fixed the situation in a matter of an hour. In an area that relies on tourism, it is horrific that this parking facility treats their customers this way. Thank you. I called this company and to be honest at first I didn't like the price I have never had my car towed except when my dad was alive and he took care of everything. So anyway I didn't like the price but the guy that answer the phone Mike said I should check around and compare if his price wasn't what I liked so I did and I'm giving him 4 stars because I really didn't know but now I know his price was the most reasonable one out of the 4 other companies I checked with. Now there was a guy cheaper than him but he said I would have to wait for 2 hours. So the lady that came out was amazing and I got home satisfied with the service. - Mike is the man! If you don't have time to read this just call him now!! He towed my 65 Chevy Impala, which I hold dear to my heart, 3 times in the past couple of months… And every time showed up within a half hour and had my car on it's way to the destination in under 10 minutes. Dropped it off safe and sound and even helped me push it exactly where I wanted it every time! Last but certainly not least, best prices you're gonna get in the city! - Don't listen to the first two reviews. I had a great experience with Mike. He answered the phone was extremely curious and when I asked him how much it would be to bring my car from one place to another he did not give me the run around. I have never used a tow service before I was going to do it myself and found that it was well worth it to have Mike take care of it.
